Delhi Trade & Tax Department has withdrawn filing Audit report in current Format AR-1 till the new Format but no format prescribed so far as it is last date of filing today.
Due date of filing AR-1 in Delhi VAT has been extend to 28th February 2014 from 31st Jan-2014.
Some of audit report shall be selected for peer review by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India for review of quality of audit work

NOTIFICATION
In partial modification of Notification No. F.3(384)/Policy/VAT/2013/1188-1200 dated
31/12/2013 regarding submission of audit report in Form AR-1 for the year 2012-13 by dealers
having turnover of Rs. 10 crores or more in 2011-12 or 2012-13, I, Prashant Goyal, Commissioner,
Value Added Tax, in exercise of the powers conferred under Section 49 and 70 of the Delhi Value
Added Tax Act, 2004 read with Rule 42A of the Delhi Value Added Tax Rules,
2005 hereby extend the date of filing of the said report to 28/02/2014 instead of 31/01/2014 as
notified earlier.

A sigh of relief from Commissioner DVAT has been given to dealer in Delhi, Due date of filing Audit Report in Form AR-1 has been further extend from 02 Nov.2013 to 31 Dec.2013.
