The existing registered assessee under State VAT/Excise/Service Tax must enroll their trade / business / personal details in the GST portal to get Provisional Registration Certificate under GST.
This exercise for VAT dealers has already been initiated and completed and now tax payers under excise and service tax need to complete their provisional registration under GST Portal.
