Registration Fee:-
The application for registration shall be
accompanied by a fee of Rs.1025/-
It shall be paid online after login.
Documents to be
filed along with registration application:-
(a) Mandatory Supporting Documents:-
I. Annexures forming part of Form DVAT-04,
consisting—
· Particulars of proprietor / karta /
partners / directors / Executive Committee etc.
· Details of additional places of
business.
· Particulars of authorized signatory.
II.
Proof
of incorporation of the applicant dealer i.e. copy of deed of constitution duly
certified by the authorized signatory.
III.
Proof
of identity of authorized signatory signing the Registration Application Form.
IV.
Two
self addressed envelopes (without stamps).
(b) Optional Supporting Documents (For
reduction in Security Amount):-
I.
Proof
of ownership of principal place of business.
II.
Proof
of ownership of residential property by proprietor / managing partner.
III.
Copy
of passport of proprietor / managing partner.
IV.
Copy
of PAN in the name of the business allotted by the Income Tax Department.
V.
Copy
of last electricity bill (The bill should be in the name of the business and
for the address specified as the main place of business in the registration
form).
VI.
Copy
of last telephone bill (The bill should be in the name of the business and for
the address specified as the main place of business in the registration form).
